When you log in, Aleris-Hamlet uses your social security number to uniquely identify you in connection with the login and use of the system.

For security reasons Aleris-Hamlet uses 2-fac log in, so you will receive an SMS code on your mobile, which you are asked to enter when you log in.

Please note that mobile phone number must be the same number that you have given to Aleris-Hamlet

Your access will automatically be locked for 30 minutes if you try to log in more than 3 times within 30 minutes.

Your personal information is stored at Aleris-Hamlet, and you will of course, always be able to find out what Aleris-Hamlet has registered about you.

Aleris-Hamlet is subject to the Health Act. This means that your health information is stored in your patient record in accordance with this legislation and therefore not deleted.

You have the right to have other information deleted and you also have the right to have the information corrected.
